Meet Ginny Northcutt:

I have been serving the Columbia, MO real estate industry for over nine years. I have earned several awards in education and excellence in real estate. Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked extensively in banking including the job of a real estate loan officer.

I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends with my clients. I know that one of the biggest decisions in a person's life is buying and selling a home. I help my clients every step of the way from finding the perfect home, negotiating the best deal for my client, performing all proper inspections and making sure your closing goes smoothly. I will be there from the start until the end long after your home has closed. My client's happiness and satisfaction are the most important part of my job as a Realtor®.

When not working in real estate I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy reading, traveling and going to movies. I have two married children and five grandchildren. I am active in my church and also local community activities. I am a member of the Columbia Board of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors and the Columbia Metro Rotary Club.
